Had an interview with two people. The interview was over the phone and didn't involve any whiteboard questions. Instead, there were lots of infrastructure and problem-solving questions, plus some simple language details (I was answering questions about Java).

Pros: - Awesome culture. Everyone I work with is super helpful and nice.
- Great work-life balance.
- Great processes for managing heavy traffic times on the site (major releases, etc.).
Cons: Pay. Pay isn't the greatest, but it's not a big tech company, so you get what you get.
