An overall good experience
Best Buy is very focused around their employees. Overall, a very great place to learn the ropes and develop skills necessary to grow in the retail industry.
The only real negative I have is that in an auto-tech position, you are easily forgotten about. This is due to being largely removed from the sales floor and management.
Management needs to be more actively involved with the day-to-day operations in the install bay, to more actively share in the losses and successes.
