Where do I begin?

A high turnover rate, unrealistic expectations.

Company directives claim to care about work/life balance, but I found the opposite to be true.

Lack of communication, poor training, very poor training.

Advice to Management

They get caught up in unnecessary paperwork and reports, and fail to focus on the customer.
