Pros

The company gives everyone a chance to earn a great bonus based on performance. They also really believe in training. A lot of time and money is invested into training.

Cons

Reporting changes too often. There is too much of a disconnect with the corporate teams. Inventory is poorly distributed and managed because the replenishment team does not have a good view of each demographic area.

Advice to Management

Allow the managers to lead their stores more. (Mobile)
