Pros

The discounts, employee accommodations, and the people I worked with really made the job worth keeping for a while.

Cons

The holiday hours were rough. The politics among the leadership made it hard to advance if you weren't in with the right people.

Advice to Management

Don't always look at profits when it means losing quality employees to hit a financial number.
