The employee discount, it's a good starting retail job. You work with a lot of kids your age.

The discount. Generally, you can have much fun at work. Sometimes you don't do much all day long and get paid for it. You can meet some great people, and some not so great people.

If you're full-time, don't expect to have a set schedule, but that's retail in general. Store morale varies greatly between stores, as many customers come to my store complaining about all the others. It's easier to move up if you're buddy-buddy with management, but that's in many jobs also.
