Pros

Seeks to treat employees as humans, offering opportunities for growth and advancement.

Cons

You have to be aggressive with your personal development. To a point, this can be good, but there needs to be more accountability in place for leadership to seek ways to push you to grow.

This isn’t just a monthly review. Growing is not always doing better on the numbers the next month, and that seems to always be the focus.

Advice to Management

Challenge yourself to set strategic yet aggressive goals to not see your top 4 talented employees work in the same role for more than a year.
