Good schedule and ability to get time off for university. Store by store can be very different, but overall I loved working at the Coquitlam BBYM. Manager was awesome (Mr. CP).
Upper management kind of sucks. They expect the world and don't do much to help make it happen.
Upper management needs to actually know what it's like to work in a store.
Proactively have ways to improve sales; don't just say we need higher numbers.

Bestbuy Mobile Specialist
Three interviews were conducted in one week. First, you will get a telephone interview. If you answered correctly, they will arrange for you to have the next face-to-face meeting with one of their managers.
Software Engineer
Phone interview followed by a face-to-face interview with about 10 questions. Some of the questions are conceptual, but the last question is to implement a binary tree search recursive function.
Devops Engineer
HR interview. They will go through an introduction and then ask technical questions. I think they will jot down the answers and save them for the hiring manager to review later.
