Good schedule and ability to get time off for university. Store by store can be very different, but overall I loved working at the Coquitlam BBYM. Manager was awesome (Mr. CP).
Upper management kind of sucks. They expect the world and don't do much to help make it happen.
Upper management needs to actually know what it's like to work in a store.
Proactively have ways to improve sales; don't just say we need higher numbers.
