Best Buy is a decent retail job.
Good luck getting any sort of IT-related position from the store level up. They are ridiculous. Plenty of other Fortune-500 companies that do not have a business literally built on the tech industry will offer in-house internship programs for advancing IT careers. Best Buy does not have any sort of program.
