Pros
  • The company really cares about its employees, and there have been few or no layoffs during COVID at the Canadian Headquarters, even with the ongoing financial hardship.
  • The existing infrastructure is not the best, but senior leadership is guiding the company in the right direction.
  • Very flexible work hours.
  • The team is awesome overall.
  • A lot of training is available, and the company will support it if it doesn't delay deliverables.
Cons

Silos between teams, but this is improving due to the agile transformation that's been going on for the past few years.

Benefits can be improved, like free coffee and a free gym.
