The job has been great. It largely depends on your manager, I think. You'll never agree with everything as an employee, but it seems like the direction is mostly good.
It seems like layoffs are pretty common. No new positions have been added in the teams I've worked on. Over five people have been let go in my small team, and headcount was never updated.
