- No stability.
- Ever-changing organizational structure (every year the management comes with a new layout, and that creates more unstability).
- Don't appreciate talent, and people with connections get to the top.
- Have seen talented resources resigning within 6 months of joining.
- People with no technical experience leading the IT structure.
Please make sure that talented people get the promotion, and not just on the basis of their connection with the leaders.
