Pros

It's a fun place to work. It's a company that really cares about its employees. The discount is great, and the benefits are great as well.

Cons

Well, it differs store to store, but sometimes you can get managers that just really don't know what they are doing. They do great in the interviews, so they get the job offer. But once they take over that position, they really weren't a good choice.

I have been in stores where the managers were awesome and have been in stores where I couldn't wait to get out.

Advice to Management

Just be around more. If you come into a store, don't walk around and not introduce yourself. It has happened several times, and we have gotten yelled at because we didn't know who they were and they weren't contacted. Granted, we should be doing our jobs, but sometimes when it is really busy on a day that usually isn't, it's tough to get everyone. No matter if it's our job or not.
