If you like to work in a super fast-paced environment, never really knowing what is about to happen next, then Best Buy is the place for you! I worked as a digital supervisor, so I always had a good grasp of what was going on. For some people, if they did not have a good management team, they had no clue what was going on. Overall, a fun place to work, very hectic at times, especially during the holidays.
The hours can be horrendous. You really need to push management to make sure you have all of the info you need.
Make sure your people know the plan! As long as people are informed of what they need to do and why they need to do it, they will work even harder to make sure that the goal is met, if not exceeded.
