The people you get to work with are amazing. The pay is great compared to other similar jobs. The opportunities to develop yourself are limited only to the time and commitment you're willing to put in.

Cons

Corporate greed is real, and unfortunately, it puts line-level employees in a position of uncertainty.

Advice to Management

Stop eliminating full-time employees who have the most knowledge and experience to provide expert service.
