The co-workers that I had were amazing. We always had fun at work, and I enjoyed being there. The discounts and perks that you receive (through Best Buy & Vendors) are pretty sweet too.
There is a lot of turnover at Best Buy!
I went through:
- 2 different general managers
- 2 different sales managers
- 3 different operations managers
- Several new hourly employees throughout the entire store.
I was only there for 1 year!
The district manager that I worked for was a complete tool. He should try improving his team by actually focusing on his employees and coaching them up. All of the managers were always intimidated by him and never enjoyed working for him.
