I am happy
Work-life balance, opportunities for growth and career pivots. A lot of people seem happy, which is uplifting. The company seems to be attracting good talent in a time where people are jumping ship. I feel like I'm treated like a human being.
The work itself isn't cutting edge or super interesting, but there's opportunity to bring up your own ideas and implement POCs. So maybe I just need more time to find that super interesting thing to work on.
