Pros

Amazing support system within non-salaried management and standard employees.

Great place to make long-lasting friendships and learn great sales skills.

Cons

Salaried management only cares about memberships and credit cards. The company used to be great to work for before the current sales models were put into place.

Full-time employees get taken advantage of, even outside of their written scope of work, due to a lack of employees and a lack of accountability for other, lazier employees.

Advice to Management

Your employees are humans too, with human needs. Compensation for our current job duties needs to be re-evaluated fairly and changed due to current economic standings. Base pay for the position is far too low for our location, and you will continue to lose employees if the pay isn't addressed. We shouldn't get priced out of our jobs because you would rather hire part-timers to do half our work.
