Pros

Fun, discounts, reviewing new technology, cool rewards program.

Cons

Hours are inconsistent, and it’s not easy to get days off if you really need them. There’s lots of pressure to get sales. Managers were not friendly, very intimidating, and not supportive. It was the worst job I had ever had. I still won’t step foot in a Best Buy after all the harassment, abuse, stress, and lack of human decency I endured.

Advice to Management

Be better to your employees; they make your business successful.
