The job is easy once you get to know the ins and outs. It is an awesome job to have as a part-time employee.
Most Best Buy’s are understaffed for the holidays and expect you to work three times as hard.
Probably a good idea to listen to your employees and try to not have favoritism and sexism towards women staff.
