After 10 years of working with them, I can say that I learned how to take on more and more responsibility, run a crew, write business plans and rhythms, and work within a team environment. They have always tried to be a step ahead in the direction they take things and how they treat their employees. I would recommend them.
The only time movement happens is when someone's life changes above you or a restructuring occurs. Over the past few years, it is hard to say which one happened more, but you can grow within the company quickly if you are open to new challenges.
