Best Buy is one of those places where hard work is rewarded, and the leadership team will equip you with all the correct tools to be the very best. I love the job and would recommend it to anybody that enjoys learning about new products. For me, it is like working in a toy store.
The cons are simple. If you are lazy, difficult to motivate, or like things to be given to you, you will hate this job and likely complain.
Best Buy is not the best place for young people to work fresh out of high school, mainly because young people have other things on their minds besides making money or working on a career.
If you want an everyday job just to make money, try some other retail job.
I love all the training and coaching I receive. I just would like even more.
