It really depends on your manager and your team for the experience you get here. The company culture is average.

Cons

The hours are inconsistent. My personal experience with an inexperienced manager was upsetting and frustrating, to say the least. However, it is a case-to-case situation.

Advice to Management

Train their management more on empathy and relating to their employees and customers, instead of robotic, non-human interactions.
