Management is near nonexistent. People who've worked at the company for a while get promoted to Lead positions without having the necessary skillset. Hours are inconsistent. Don't bother thinking about asking for a day off, even for important life events, as they will tell you they are unable to give time off!

When I interviewed, I first had a screening interview with the store lead. After that was completed, I had an in-person interview with the store manager that maybe took 30 minutes.
