Micro-management from corporate. Unstable systems in Mobile. Non-commissioned. Poor organization. Way too many levels of management.
Increase pay to retain valuable, dedicated employees. Turn-over rate is a direct indication of management success.

When I interviewed, I first had a screening interview with the store lead. After that was completed, I had an in-person interview with the store manager that maybe took 30 minutes.
