Great benefits working with Best Buy Canada as far as staff purchase plans and discounts on mobile phones.
Compensation isn't as good in comparison to the commission you can make on the market for the telecommunications industry.
My advice would be to make more management positions available for your top performers in order to retain talent.

When I interviewed, I first had a screening interview with the store lead. After that was completed, I had an in-person interview with the store manager that maybe took 30 minutes.
