Management picked favorites, customers were always very rude, and the hours seemed longer than any other job.
Don’t write up staff if they called out because they were in the hospital.

When I interviewed, I first had a screening interview with the store lead. After that was completed, I had an in-person interview with the store manager that maybe took 30 minutes.

Very laid back, almost too laid back. Nothing serious. Wore a suit, but felt casual was alright. I don't think the questions were too difficult; they mainly asked scenario and personality questions.
