There is a constant pressure to get people to apply for Best Buy credit cards and sign up for Total Tech Support. If you do not perform at these, you can be treated lesser than ones that do.

When I interviewed, I first had a screening interview with the store lead. After that was completed, I had an in-person interview with the store manager that maybe took 30 minutes.
