Pros

Great coworkers and team who are dedicated to providing the best experience for customers.

Satisfying when you feel like you've really helped someone and got them the best deal.

Fun place to work when managers aren't breathing down your neck.

Cons

Pay is mediocre, even though they claim that their pay is meant to compete with commission salesmen.

Management pressures sales staff heavily, as they are commissioned.

Scheduling can be a nightmare at times, but this is anywhere in retail.

Top management can sometimes not be in the store for days at a time.

Ability to move up is hampered by "lifer" managers who will never leave unless their position is eliminated.

General managers must come from a manager factory, as they are all exactly the same.

Advice to Management

Pay your employees more fairly, and hold yourselves to the same standards you hold us to.
