Great work environment and access to lots of really cool technology. Many of the employees are fun, helpful, and create a great work environment. Although the Christmas season creates a lot of stress for everyone, the employee discount more than makes up for it. Great work for college students, as the managers are willing to work around school schedules and employer assistance is offered to full-timers.
You will work every weekend and holiday, especially during the wintertime. Time off requests are always hard to come by. Management and corporate set goals and budgets that are not always achievable, which can create stress. Some departments prioritize their customers over others and are not always willing to help others out. The sales team can be a little dog-eat-dog, as everyone has numbers to hit.
Train more people to help in the mobile phones department, because no one knows how to help.
If BB Mobile gets backed up, the customer experience falls and employees get stressed.
