Pros

I liked most of my coworkers; they tended to be smart and kind people.

Cons

12.00 is your base pay in Mobile for doing the most complicated job in the store; it's the same rate as everyone else's in other departments.

Management seemed to think that doing e-modules about Work Safety constituted training. Aside from that, I got one week of "sales induction" training on the floor.

Advice to Management

Mobile has the highest gross margin of almost anywhere in the store. For that reason, Best Buy should treat their Mobile employees accordingly and pay them a competitive wage.
