The company has been undergoing a transformation of its tech stack as well as its team organizational structure (Agile).
They are steadily shedding their legacy Microsoft stack and adopting microservices, Kubernetes, and the cloud.
They are supportive of work-life balance and are open to helping employees grow.
They are too bureaucratic at times. Managers are overworked and hard to get access to. On-call rotations will disrupt your sleep, and if you love the holiday season, be prepared to forego it.
Give time to the development teams to experiment, have fun, and take risks.
