Good job for a college student. Better than average pay. Looks great on a resume.
Way too serious. Employees are a mix of high school dropouts who don't plan on going to school, but do plan to climb the Best Buy career ladder, even if they've held the same position for five years. They're still trying. Some stores have a budget that's too high, so there's no bonus. There is no encouragement to sell more if you get paid the same.
Quit promoting high school dropouts with no degree to management, especially because of favoritism.

Three people participate in a roundtable, and each person asks questions. All take notes. This is a situation-based interview. After the interview, you get a tour of the facility with an operations manager. Once that is complete, the process is finis
I received an initial phone screening that had basic questions such as 'Why do you want to work for Best Buy?' The second round was about half an hour with senior engineers who asked me more behavioral questions and wanted me to go through my resume
