You can gain some knowledge of electronic products. The only good thing is that they offer many positions to full-time associates regardless of how well they work. Decent working environment.
Best Buy does not offer opportunities to students at the college level. I worked there for a while and proved my ability to get the job done fast and quick, yet, they only gave me 5 hours a week. The guy who worked with me, didn't have a car and talked on the phone at least two or three hours during the work time in a "hideout" spot would get 10 or 15 hours a week. Most of my hours were restricted because I was a student. Also, Best Buy does not really allow for growth, such as project team and other sorts of positions.
The leadership at Best Buy was really great. They had good managers. However, the manager would sometimes hire his friends and give them all the hours, despite their work ethic or lack thereof.

I received an initial phone screening that had basic questions such as 'Why do you want to work for Best Buy?' The second round was about half an hour with senior engineers who asked me more behavioral questions and wanted me to go through my resume
Very good. Three interviews, all went smoothly. Two were online, and the last was in person in the office. They need understanding of the technology rather than specific elements. I was able to clear all without any issues.
