Pros

A chance to do repairs and troubleshoot hardware.

Cons

Same salary when doing more responsibilities. Feels like not enough growth despite high potential.

Advice to Management

For those also working on their certifications, while studying, give those a chance -- it's good practice for those trying to move up.

Don't leave them stuck in one position. You need to do more rotations with your staff.
