Pros

It's better to work here than to do a labor job. The company gives part-time benefits, like insurance, after six months.

Cons

Compensation is too low; it's just the basic minimum set by the government. The amount of work that is expected is way beyond the pay grade. It's totally unfair to expect technical work of the highest standard when the pay scale is bare minimum.

Advice to Management

Do something about the pay grades.
