Pros

Best Buy really cares about its employees and shows that.

Provides the necessary tools to work remotely.

Good about accepting and adapting to change.

Cons

A few bumps in the road with onboarding remotely, but I am sure that is happening at a lot of companies.

IT can be very fast-paced, which can become stressful.
