Best Buy does produce good managers. Great benefits and killer employee discount. The job also helps you develop sales skills. A great job to get in high school and college.
There's a lot of corporate politics and procedures that you have to follow.
They aren't very efficient.
Also, I don't fully agree with the pay for the amount of work you actually do.
I never had a problem with management. They always took care of me. For you to be a successful manager, you need to learn how to take care of the workers under you.
