Negativity from coworkers, not guaranteed bonuses every month, and management at times can be very ignorant.
It can be very annoying for us to get pulled to other departments when they need help, but they can't do the same because they aren't 'trained'. For us to get pulled to a different department constantly, we deserve more than 50 cents above a regular associate.
