Pros

Good trending work and great learning opportunities. You get to work on product and create impact for millions of users.

Cons

Not flexible with WFH and doesn't care much about employee situations. Leaders lack empathy and leadership qualities to make team bonding strong or even connect with team members to check up on their work satisfaction.

US team sync-ups cause a bit of long work hours in the evening. And again, with a strict work-from-office policy, we need to log in at 10 in the morning, making it around a 12-hour workday!

Advice to Management

Improve leadership and have better HR who can understand employee concerns and at least talk to them. Current HR is really not so friendly and kind of behaves like a strict school principal.
