Flexible schedule/work-life balance.
Some really good leaders and engineers are still at the company. They have been around forever and definitely value their work and the engineering community at Best Buy.
I used to love working at Best Buy. The morals of the CEO and the company seemed to align with mine, which is rare for such a large corporation.
But things have changed recently, where all decisions are coming from the top down, with profits completely over employee wellness in almost all ways.
We are also forced to interview candidates for India positions, where they are hiring like crazy, even though internal promotions have pretty much been at a standstill for 2 years now. Very frustrating and doesn't feel like top performers in the US are rewarded.

Also, don't force unhappy, tenured US employees to interview for new positions overseas when they probably deserve their own promotion, or you will burn out and lose good talent here.
