Pros

You can learn a lot. You can grow quickly if you have initiative and drive. You won't go crazy from overwork if you get on a good team. There's lots of work to go around, so you'll never be bored. Great PTO benefits. Sweet yearly bonus. Most teams use the latest tools and technologies. Friendly coworkers.

Cons
  • Not very diverse; Best Buy seems allergic to diversity.
  • Pay could be higher.
  • The yearly bonus from the previous year is paid out in April of the new year.
  • Team outings aren't covered by the company. If you go out to get food with your team, you'll have to use your own money.
Advice to Management
  • Provide employee reimbursement
  • Increase tuition assistance for grad school
