  • Emphasis on "security" is really an emphasis on security theatre.
  • Contractors are treated as second-class employees.
  • I got demoted when the company restructured their job families, and now I'm years behind in my career.
Advice to Management

Show some trust in your engineers. Treat contractors like actual employees. Work to remove barriers to success, not add more.
