Office benefits are good, like cab, lunch, and health benefits.
The higher management does not seem to have visibility into what is actually happening within the team. Most decisions are taken either based on their own assumptions or on directions received from the US team, without considering ground-level challenges.
Additionally, the lack of flexibility around work-from-home is a major concern; they don't allow it.
