No work-life balance. Three days WFH is mandated. Very strict login and logout times. Late-night calls. Nobody likes the food provided for lunch. Very long commute hours. We need to take approval from the manager, HR, and VP for WFH, even for a day.
Please allow WFH to your employees; they deserve mental peace!
3 days WFO is just too much, with 3-4 hours of commute every day. It’s very tiring.

Meetings after 9-10 should be stopped. It’s just unnecessarily annoying and increasing mental load.
