The culture is very gossipy. I connected with a few individuals, but noticed they were extremely reticent to have normal, friendly conversations within the walls of the office. I have never experienced this kind of thing at any of the other many software companies and startups at which I have worked.
Basic features are overlooked in the effort of chasing new verticals. For how hard everyone is working on the app, it's quite bad. You can't even set up auto-pay on their site; you have to do that on Wells Fargo's, with a completely different account and auth flow. I can't think of a feature more essential to a credit card than that.
