Bilt is continuously innovating in a space rarely given attention. I've learned more here than I have at previous companies. You truly own your product area and are expected to know the ins and outs of how it works.
Work can be fast-paced here, but mainly because the company is growing just as fast. There's a high bar, but you'll learn a lot from being surrounded by other high performers.
There's a balance between speed and stability. Sometimes we anchor towards one or the other, but as the company scales, this will need to change over time.
