There was a pair programming exercise using GitHub's Codespaces. It was a very well-run interview, with an easy setup. You were able to see the kind of work they do.

Easy interview, 3 rounds. Throughout the entire interview process, it never really felt like they had a refined process at all. It seemed like they were using me as a test subject to test their own interviewers. I felt like I aced every interview, an
