Consistently reworking structure to squeeze more work out of lower-level employees without paying more.
Merit increases do not keep up with the cost of living.
Promotional structure is based on how well you are liked, not how well you do your job.
Bromance structure is prevalent among management.
Outside of the top 2% of the company, everyone is paid on average 30% less than their market value.
