The initial interview/screening was a panel interview on Zoom where I spoke with an architect, lead, and manager. They were kind enough to offer me a take-home project for the coding portion, which I gladly accepted. Once I had passed that, the three remaining panel interviews took place over the course of a day. It was grueling but worth it.
Everyone on the team was great to talk with and was as open as they could be about the position and related work. Questions were typically tough but fair.
